AS AN (EX) EXPAT, I bring together my experience of being a resident of Costa Rica, my love for yoga, the ocean and adventure travel and wrap it into a ridiculously fun, relaxing, easy and exciting adventure for all who wish to climb aboard!
Not only will you experience a light-hearted and fun approach to yoga but also a personal adventure retreat that brings you close to the community, enjoying a side of Costa Rica that only those who live there see. COSTA RICA DREAMIN' RETREATS will have a homebase in Dominical, a small fishing villiage on the south pacific side of Costa Rica. Dominical is a haven for adventure travelers, surfers and American and European tourists. Boasting some of the most beautiful and pristine beaches and tropical jungles on earth, Dominical has grown from a tiny hamlet into a town of just under 700 people.

*The first two nights will be in on the Rio Chirripo, a river on highest mountain in Costa Rica - hiking, yoga and dinner at Frank's place, The Rio Chirripo Retreat www.riochirripocom . Here we will really relax and decompress from the States in a place where the energy is calm and rejuvenating. During the day we'll have lots of yoga, meditation...peace and night we'll sit by Frank's big fire place for dinner and wine.
*Yoga classes daily (there may be a day where we do not have yoga due to a long scheduled day of travel and activities)
