THIS WORKSHOP INCLUDES:

 

Light yoga stretches to prepare the body for relaxing and being guided into a meditative state utilizing pranayama (specific breath work).

 

Once in a relaxed state, you will be further guided into a creative visualization exercise harnessing 

all the five senses.

 

This powerful combination allows your subconscious mind to experience your vision and the feelings 

associated to your vision on a deeper emotional level creating a healing effect on the mind and body.
